Plaza Boulevard
Kearney Housing Agency owns and manages 48 one and two bedroom apartments on the west side of Kearney. Rental assistance for these apartments is provided by USDA Rural Development to qualifying individuals. Families pay 30 percent of their adjusted gross income for rent. All residents are responsible for paying their own electricity; however they are given a utility allowance which results in a reduction in the monthly rent. Water and garbage removal are included in the rent. Certain restrictions apply to qualify for the rental assistance.
There is an on-site laundry room and 24 hour security camera surveillance for the parking lots and common areas.
